Hi, I’m Liam!
I am a Personal Trainer in Southend, Essex where I offer semi-private and group training.
I started my career in the fitness industry over 15 years ago with Fitness First.  Since then I have gained experience in other large gyms and independent businesses, where I have continued to grow and develop my knowledge and skills.
Unlike a lot of other fitness professionals, I don’t have a background in sport.  Growing up I led a I am an Ordained Dudeist Priestvery unhealthy lifestyle; smoking, drinking and eating A LOT of junk food.  Having (mostly!) overcome all of this gives me a unique insight into what it takes to make a lifestyle change and achieve real results.
I use a variety of training methods including circuits, intervals, free-weights, kettlebells and calisthenics.
I’m also a keen martial artist, regularly training in Jeet Kune Do, Escrima, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tomiki Aikido, Reality Based Combatives, Bartitsu and Nunchaku-do.
When I’m not in the gym I enjoy being a husband and Father to my four daughters.
